Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)
From this course, you will walk away with a full toolkit of facilitation principles, techniques and practices, along with hands-on experience in their application.
This course delivers Agile Team Facilitator certification by the International Agile Consortium (ICAgile).
Certified Agile Professional (ICP) (Agile Fundamentals)
As the foundational gateway to all other ICAgile tracks, the Agile Fundamentals (ICAgile Certified Professional, or ICP) has the broadest target audience. It is appropriate for those new to agile, and for practitioners who recognize that to succeed with agile practices, teams and organizations need to also “be agile.”
Leading SAFe with SAFe Agilist Certification (SA)
During this two-day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master Certification (SASM)
This two-day course prepares current Scrum Masters for their leadership role in facilitating Agile team, program, and enterprise success in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) implementation.
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification (POPM)
During this two-day course, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what they can do to effectively perform their role.
SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM)
In this two-day course, attendees will gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise.
